Instructions for use:
1. Chew one tablet for about 30 seconds.
2. Clean your teeth with your tongue.
3. Rinse your mouth to remove excess solution.
4. The tablet will stain old plaque blue and new plaque red. Red indicates areas that are occasionally overlooked by you, and blue indicates areas that are more often overlooked.
5. Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly to remove all stains.
