  1. General provisions

1.1. I.Į Balti dantys (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") respects the right to privacy of all its customers (buyers), including visitors to the Company's website https://www.baltidantys.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") (hereinafter referred to as the "Customers") and undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and the protection of their rights as data subjects.

1.2. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the Company's customers (including visitors to the Website).

1.3. By using the Company's Website, as well as by ordering goods and providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy (except for data processing actions that will require your separate consent). Customers are considered familiar with the Privacy Policy when they check the "tick" box under the text of this policy when registering on the Website/customer system. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time on the Website.

1.4. When processing your personal data, we comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electronic Communications (hereinafter referred to as the "ERA") and other directly applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, as well as the instructions of data protection supervisory authorities (in Lithuania - the State Data Protection Inspectorate).

  1. What concepts are used?

2.1. Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data and an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

2.2. Data subject - a natural person - a client of the Company (including visitors to the Website) whose personal data is collected by the Company.

2.3. Consent of the data subject - any freely given, specific and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes, by a statement or by a clear action, by which he or she signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

2.4. Data processing - any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination with other data, restriction, erasure or destruction.

2.5. Data Processor - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

2.7. Cookie - a small piece of text information that is automatically created when browsing the Website and is stored on your computer or other terminal device.

2.8. Direct marketing - an activity intended to offer goods to individuals by mail, telephone or other direct means and/or to ask for their opinion on the goods or services offered.

  1. What personal data do we collect from you?

3.1. The Company collects and further processes the following personal data of yours, which you provide yourself when ordering goods on the Website or when ordering goods in another way: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, data related to the delivery of goods, e.g. the product and its order details, invoice numbers, invoicing, payment details, information about consent and disagreement with the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, passwords, any other data that you provide additionally on your own initiative when registering and (or) ordering goods.

3.2. Your personal data specified in clause 3.1 are stored during the period of cooperation between the Company and you (during the execution of orders) and the details of the buyers in the invoices are stored for ten years from the date of issue of the invoice.

3.3. The Company collects and further processes the following personal data of yours that you indirectly provide when registering and/or ordering services on the Website, i.e. this data is automatically collected from the computers and/or mobile devices you use when you log in to the Website: IP addresses and times of logins, the browser used by the user and its version, the websites you visited before accessing our Website, data on the use of services, e.g. data collected using cookies and similar technologies related to Internet browsing, etc.

3.4. Your personal data specified in clause 3.3. are stored for the period of cooperation between the Company and you (during the provision of services) and, depending on the data, for up to one year from the end of this period. These data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal grounds for such a storage period.

  1. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

4.1. The Company processes your personal data specified above for the following data processing purposes: processing and administration of the purchase (order) of goods, identification of the Company's customers in the Company's information systems, registration on the Website and logging into your account, processing accounting documents related to the order of services, contacting you regarding the performance of contractual obligations, direct marketing purposes (only with the prior consent of the data subjects).

  1. How do we process your personal data?

5.1. We ensure that your personal data will be: processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes, adequate, relevant and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes, adequate, relevant and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes (the principle of data minimisation applies), accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date (the principle of accuracy applies), processed in such a way that, by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures, appropriate security of personal data is ensured, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Data and against accidental loss, destruction or damage (the principles of integrity and confidentiality apply).

  1. What data subject rights do you have?

6.1. You have the following data subject rights, which we will implement upon receipt of your request (by e-mail to indretamuleviciute@gmail.com) and upon your proper confirmation of your identity: to access your personal data and how they are processed, to request the correction of inaccurate personal data relating to you, as well as to request that incomplete personal data relating to you be supplemented, to request that the Company delete personal data relating to you if: a. they are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, b. you withdraw your consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing your personal data, c. the personal data were processed unlawfully, d. on other grounds set out in the Regulation; to request that the Company restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to object to the processing of personal data relating to you (e.g. for direct marketing or other purposes).

  1. How do we process personal data for direct marketing purposes?

7.1. Only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the ERĮ, ADTAĮ and the Regulation, we will send you the Company's newsletters by e-mail and/or inquire about the quality of existing services.

7.2. We process the following personal data of yours for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, email address.

7.3. Your personal data for direct marketing purposes is stored until you object to receiving direct marketing communications.

  1. Who do we provide your personal data to?

8.1. Company employees are granted access to your personal data only if necessary to perform their duties and only if the employee undertakes to comply with the confidentiality requirement.

8.2. The Company may provide your personal data: to data processors who provide services to the Company and process your personal data on behalf of the Company and for the Company's or your benefit, to law enforcement authorities, where there is a legal basis for this, to other third parties with your consent.

8.3. We only use data processors who ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented in such a way that data processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and ensures the protection of your rights as data subjects.

8.4. We note that the above-mentioned data processors have the right to process your personal data only in accordance with our instructions.

8.5. The Data Processor may not engage another data processor without the prior specific or general written permission of the Company (data controller).

8.6. Your personal data may also be provided in response to official requests from state institutions and courts, but only after verifying the legitimacy of these requests.

9.1. In order to ensure that you can browse the Website more conveniently and efficiently and provide you with useful offers, we use the following Cookies on the Website: "consent" (Confirmation of consent to the website's privacy policy), "_ga", "_gid", "_gat_gtag_UA-108123585-1" (Google Analytics statistical information).

  1. What links do we provide on the website?

10.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, legal acts, as well as links to social networks (the ability to share the Website content on the Facebook social network). It should be noted that the privacy policies of these websites apply to third-party websites linked to on the Website and the Company does not assume responsibility for the content of the information provided by these websites, their activities and the provisions of their privacy policies.

  1. How are payments processed on your page?

“Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.”
