PURCHASE RULES
- Concepts:
1.1. Seller – I.Į Balti dantys
1.2. Electronic store – an electronic store whose website address is: www.baltidantys.eu
1.3. Buyer – a person who orders or purchases goods in the Online Store.
- General provisions
2.1. These Rules are a legal document that must be followed by the Seller and the Buyer. The Rules provide for the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.
2.2. The Buyer purchasing goods in the Online Store must be a capable natural person of legal age or a legal entity acting under an authorized representative.
2.3 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.
2.4 When registering, you must provide your contact phone number, email address, shipping method, address or parcel locker address.
2.5 The Seller may contact the specified contact phone number to clarify the order.
- Order
3.1 The price of the product indicated in the Online Store at the time of placing the order is final.
3.2. The Buyer may purchase goods by registering in the Online Store and creating an account, specifying his/her data therein. Or purchase goods without registering, only by specifying his/her name, surname, contact details, and shipping details.
3.3 To order goods in the Online Store, the Buyer selects the desired goods and clicks the "Add to Cart" button. After completing the selection of goods, the Buyer opens the "shopping cart".
3.4 The Buyer pays for the desired goods by bank transfer or via the e-banking system.
3.5 The order begins to be executed after the money is credited to the Seller's bank account.
3.6 Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
- Final provisions
4.1 The Seller reserves the right to change and supplement these Rules at any time.
4.1. The rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
